1. Product faults. If you buy product from us and it is faulty in any way we will GLADLY replace the offending product or give you your money back. 

2. Delivery damage. If your product has been damaged in transit, you must notify the freight/trucking company.
(Please note you need  to report damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery).

3. Packing errors. If there has been a packing error with your order, we will GLADLY collect the product at our expense and we will put it right for you. (Please note we need you to report packing errors within 48 hours of delivery).
